By using the Stompers Boots website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms, conditions, and policies on this “Shipping Information” page, our Returns and Exchanges page, our Terms and Conditions page, and our Privacy Policy page.

We make every effort to ship within one business day of your order. Stompers Boots will always attempt to contact you if your order may be delayed for any reason. Some of the boots and accessories we sell may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.

Our Standard Shipping Method is UPS Ground however, depending upon circumstances, we may also use other UPS shipping methods, or other shipping carriers and their shipping methods, such as but not limited to, DHL, FedEx, or United States Postal Service (USPS). When shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories which include American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and the Minor Outlying Islands, typically we will use United States Postal Service (USPS).

On very rare occasions, usually related to destinations in remote locations, the shipping fees for us to ship your order might be exceptionally high. In these rare cases, and at our discretion, we will contact you to arrange for an additional shipping payment. If we do not hear from you within one business day, or you choose to decline the additional payment, we will cancel your order with a full refund.

United States Orders

Stompers Boots ships using our Standard Shipping Method as outlined above. For faster shipping at extra cost, Stompers Boots can provide Second Day or Next Day Services to most U.S. addresses. If you need faster delivery, contact us before you place your order to see if we can accommodate your shipping needs.

Free Shipping is given for all orders $300 and above in the United States excluding Custom Boot Orders, and excluding APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory addresses. Gloves, T-shirts, socks, and other accessories ordered with your boots will be shipped with your Boot Order also for free.

Custom Boot Orders, and Stock Boot Orders below $300 in the United States excluding APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory addresses, is $35 for the first pair of boots order, plus $15 for each additional pair. Gloves, T-shirts, socks, and other accessories ordered with your boots will be shipped with your Boot Order at no additional charge.

Custom Boot Orders, and Stock Boot Orders to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory addresses, is $70 for the first pair of boots ordered, plus $10 for each additional pair. Gloves, T-shirts, socks, and other accessories ordered with your boots will be shipped with your Boot Order at no additional charge.

Gloves, T-shirts, socks, and other accessories ordered without boots, shipped in the United States excluding APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory addresses, is $12 for the first item, plus $2 for each additional item.

Gloves, T-shirts, socks, and other accessories ordered without boots to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territory addresses, is $25 for the first item, plus $5 for each additional item.

Our shipping cut off time is 3 PM Eastern Time. Orders received before 3 PM will usually ship that day! Please make sure your email address and phone number on your order are correct. If we have any questions or need to verify information, we will call or text you within one business day.

Stompers Boots will also email you a shipment tracking number as soon as your order departs. This is usually within one business day after your order has been placed. Please estimate five business days transit time to your U.S. shipping destination.

For our customers in the United States who wish to exchange their merchandise, if your merchandise meets the provisions on the Returns and Exchanges page, Stompers Boots will provide a free prepaid return shipping label once per paid order so you can exchange your merchandise for a one-time size exchange. For customers who want to exchange their merchandise using an alternate shipping method instead of the free prepaid shipping label we provide, they may do so using their preferred shipping method at their own expense. For each additional exchange after the first exchange, you must pay the shipping fee to return the merchandise to Stompers Boots and pay the shipping fee for us to send the replacement merchandise to you. A claim of manufacture defect will only be evaluated by Stompers Boots for 90 days from the delivery date. After 90 days, customers will need to take their claims directly to the manufacturer. When a claim is made to Stompers Boots, we may require you to return the merchandise to us or the manufacturer for further evaluation. Regardless of the customer’s country of origin, Stompers Boots makes no guarantees that we will pay shipping fees to have your merchandise shipped to us, or that we will pay to have replacement merchandise, if the claim is approved, shipped to you. Who pays what shipping fees will be decided exclusively by Stompers Boots, at our discretion, our decision will be final, and you agree to be bound by our decision. Canada Orders and International Orders

For our International Customers who want to exchange their merchandise, if your merchandise meets the provisions on the Returns and Exchanges page, although Stompers Boots will provide a one-time size exchange, we cannot offer a prepaid return shipping label. International Orders, excluding Canada, of Custom Boot Orders, and Stock Boot Orders, is $110 for the first pair of boots ordered, plus $60 for each additional pair. Gloves, T-shirts, socks, and other accessories ordered with your boots will be shipped with your Boot Order at no additional charge.

Both Canada Orders and International Order of Gloves, T-shirts, socks, and other accessories ordered without boots, is $29 for the first item, plus $2 for each additional item.

International Shipping Policy and Terms
When placing a Canada Order or International Order, you accept and agree to the Stompers Boots International Shipping Policy and Terms. By doing so, you will agree and expect to pay a local customs fees at the time of delivery.

You understand that all packages shipping outside the U.S. are subject to local government customs, tariffs, taxes, duties, and other related government fees as deemed necessary by the shipping destinations government. These fees are assessed, controlled, and retained by the local government. None of these fees are passed onto Stompers Boots.

You agree to pay any and all such fees that the shipping destination’s government deems necessary. These fees are always changing; only your local customs office can estimate what any or all such fees will be in advance to placing your order. Fees generally are 25% of the value of your order, but these vary by country and can be lower or higher. If you do not accept the package upon delivery, and the package requires that it be returned to Stompers Boots, you will accept responsibility to pay for all shipping fees to and from your shipping destination and any duties or taxes that are not refunded to Stompers Boots. Return shipping and any additional fees will be deducted from any refund due to you. Return shipping to the United States is normally significantly more expensive than what Stompers Boots charged for shipping to you.

Please do not ask if we can list a false low-dollar value or list shipments as “gifts” on customs forms. We cannot!

Stompers Boots will try to ship your international order as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee shipping times. Please make sure your email address and phone number on your order are correct. If we have any questions or need to verify information, we will email you within one business day.

As already stated, Stompers Boots does not offer complimentary exchanges for size adjustments on Canada Orders or International Orders. You need to be absolutely certain of your boot or accessory size before placing a Canada Order or International Order. If your merchandise does not fit, you must pay the shipping fee to return the merchandise to Stompers Boots, but for the first exchange Stompers Boots will pay the shipping fee to send the replacement merchandise to you. For each additional exchange after the first exchange, you must pay the shipping fee to return the merchandise to Stompers Boots and pay the shipping fee for us to send the replacement merchandise to you.
