Returns And Exchanges

Our website and in store policy for returns and exchanges is the same.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order from Stompers Boots. If you are planning to purchase boots, it is very important that you understand the size and fit of the boots you are evaluating before making your purchase. Each brand and style of boots we carry fits differently. We strongly recommend that you to speak to one of our Boot Experts before buying so we can provide you with advice and guidance on your boot selection. If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to make it right. Before sending your merchandise for return or exchange, you must call us at 954.306.3452 or fill out the form on our Contact page so we can ensure your return or exchange goes smoothly. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase and our Team Member will give you the address as to where to send your merchandise, which may be directly to us or to the original manufacturer.

All return or exchange merchandise must be in band-new, sellable condition, must be in its original packaging, and have all original tags still attached. Boots must be in the original manufacturer’s box, and in the same brand-new boots condition as you received them. Boots returned to Stompers Boots for return or exchange that show any signs of wear, such as dirt, scuffs, or marks on the soles, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense or discarded and no exchange or refund will be provided.

For our customers in the United States who wish to exchange their merchandise, if your merchandise meets the provisions above (merchandise condition and within 30 days of purchase), Stompers Boots will provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can exchange your merchandise for a one-time size or style exchange.

For our International Customers who wish to exchange their merchandise, if your merchandise meets the provisions above (merchandise condition and within 30 days of purchase), Stompers Boots will provide a one-time size or style exchange, however we cannot offer a prepaid return shipping label. You must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to Stompers Boots, but Stompers Boots will pay the shipping fee to send the replacement merchandise back to you.

For each additional exchange after the first exchange, for all customers in the United States or Internationally, you must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to Stompers Boots and pay the shipping fee for us to send the replacement merchandise back to you.

If you would like to return your merchandise for a refund, for all customers in the United States or Internationally, if your merchandise meets the provisions above (merchandise condition and within 30 days of purchase), you must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to Stompers Boots and if returning boots for a refund, you must pay a restocking fee of 10% or $25, whichever is greater.

All merchandise returns and exchanges must be returned to the address provided by a Stompers Boots Team Member. Boots must be in the original manufacturer’s box, and in the same brand-new boots condition as you received them. Other merchandise must be in its original packaging and have all original tags still attached. Except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect, merchandise returned to Stompers Boots in a used or unsellable condition will be returned to you at your expense or discarded and no exchange or refund will be provided.

Free return shipping labels are provided once per paid order to customers only within the United States using the shipping carrier of our choice. If you would like to return your merchandise a second time for the same order, the customer must pay the shipping fee to send the merchandise back to Stompers Boots and pay the shipping fee for us to send the replacement merchandise back to you.

Customers outside the United States (International Customers) and those wishing to use alternate shipping methods may return their merchandise using their preferred shipping method at their own expense to the address provided by a Stompers Boots Team Member.

Returns and / or cancelation of stock boots must be made within 30 days of their original delivery. Merchandise returned and / or cancelation of stock boots after 30 days, at our discretion, may or may not be accepted and if accepted, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise returned that is missing packaging, product tags, or the original manufacturer’s box, especially for boots, the original manufacturer’s boot box, at our discretion, may or may not be accepted and if accepted, may be subject to an addition restocking fee in an amount to be determined on a case-by-case basis. When we receive your return package, we will process it as quickly as possible. If you requested a refund, it will be issued to the same purchase method that you used for your original purchase less any shipping and / or restocking fees. If you requested an exchange, we strive to process the exchange within two business days. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you to arrange for an additional payment or we will apply the credit to the same purchase method that you used for your original purchase.
