General

When will my credit card be processed?

We process payment at the time of purchase completion. All Payment and credit card processing is done through secure PCI compliant credit card processing platforms. Credit Card information used for order processing, is not stored, and is not accessible to Stompers Boots or its employees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. We also accept PayPal.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Once you have completed your order and payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. We will send a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer wholesale?

No, we do not offer wholesale agreements.

Account

Why should I make an account?

When you create an account, it gives you the ability to add boots and other products you like to a list of favorites, manage your newsletter access, track your shipments, and more. Rest assured that we will never share your information with any third parties.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the Account icon (which looks like the outline of a person) which is next to the Shopping Cart icon. You will see two options: Login to an existing account and Create an Account. Fill out the information in the Create Account section, and your account will be created!

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?

How do I return or exchange an item?

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

The countries we ship to are listed in the Country field of the Shipping Address when you start the checkout process in our shopping cart. If your country is not listed, please call or text the store at 954.306.3452, or fill out our Contact form to see if we can ship to your country.

When can I expect my order to arrive? Can I track my order?

Once you have completed your order and payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. We will send a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Your tracking information is also available in your StompersBoots.com account.

I put in the wrong address on my order! How can I fix this?

Please contact us immediately by phone or text at 954.306.3452 during our normal business hours. If it is after our normal business hours, call and leave us a message or text us. Also reply to the Order Confirmation email you received. If you have not received your Order Confirmation email, fill out our Contact form.

Boot Questions

How do I find the right size boot?

It is very important that you understand the size and fit of the boots you are evaluating before making your purchase as each brand and style of boots we carry fits differently. On the product page of most of our boots, there is a tab called Fitting Information. This tab contains general information about the fit of the boot you are looking at, but if you are planning to purchase the boots you are looking at, then we strongly recommend that you to speak to one of our Boot Experts before buying so we can provide you with advice and guidance on your boot selection. Why can’t I select a color or size combination?

This probably means the size and color combination you are looking for is out of stock. Although this product is out of stock, we may still be able to order it. If you would like to try and order this product, please call or text the store at 954.306.3452, or fill out our Contact form.

How do I care for my boots?

Boots should be cleaned with saddle soap. We have very good luck with Fiebing’s Saddle Soap. After cleaning allow the boots to dry. We recommend using Huberd’s Shoe Grease for oil tanned leather boots, or a good quality polish such as Lincoln or Kiwi for polishable leathers. Do you offer any customizations to boots?
