A prepaid United Parcel Service (UPS) return label will be sent to you. We will adjust the size up or down as needed and send you a replacement pair without shipping charge (in U.S. only.)
We will exchange any boot for a different size at no cost to you ONE-TIME -ONLY — that’s one complimentary — one “round trip ticket.” (valid only in the United States.)
The Stompers “exchange-for-size” or “exchange-for-different-style” is complimentary for ONE EXCHANGE ONLY! If you are unsatisfied with the fit or style of the second pair of boots — you will pay the return/exchange shipping costs.
Stompers will charge $25.00 return shipping charge for each exchange after the first COMPLIMENTARY exchange.
This is for United States Customers only. See below for International Customers. Boots must be returned in the same NEW-BOOTS condition as you received them and in the original manufacturer's box. All returns must have a Stompers Return-Authorization, and need to be shipped to Stompers directly, not to the manufacturer.
Boots returned that show any signs of wear, dirt, scuffs will not be accepted and will be returned back to customer at the customer's expense.
